Unable to change primary alias

Hi there,When I try to change my primary alias email to access my Microsoft 360 account through my outlook email, it just says that there is already an account with that email....yes because it's mine... Is there any way to change the primary alias so I can access 360 on this newer email rather than the old one? I don't use the older email anymore and I run my small business from the email I want to change it to. I tried contacting live support as well but just got an error message saying "Service request 7054463880 is not owned by you". Hoping someone here can help!
