Unable to change Display Resolution on my Second Monitor

I am facing an issue related to Display Resolution on Win 11. My Second Monitor doesn't support 2K or 4K. But when I connect this to my laptop (Having Nvidia Control Panel) and choose Second Screen only for Display. The resolution shifts to 2K and I am unable to see anything because my Second Screen does not support this resolution, hence I cannot correct it. Is there any way I can change this resolution?
