Unable to Change Custom Colors

Is there a way to manage these custom colors in Paint 3D? I clicked the + Sign to add a new one, but now it's gone since I've used all 6 slots. I'm aware I can manually edit one if I need to add a new color but that's cumbersome. How do I clear this list? There must be a hidden file somewhere storing these that could be edited. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks!
