.Unable to cancel billing Cloud PC

I tried Windows Cloud PC - the virtual Pc. When I registered I thought the first attempt had failed. It had not. So I had two 30 day trials open. Because what I wanted to achieve did not work I cancelled both or so I thought. One was cancelled successfully. But the other billed me and continues to bill me despite emailing Microsoft numerous times, trying to block through my bank and dispute the charge. I cannot raise the username for the active description and trying to get the username via email address only gives the cancelled account. There must be a way to quote the invoice number an
