Unable to boot PC "Critical Process Died"

I am unable to boot my Lenovo Windows 10 laptop. Each time I only get the BSOD screen with error code 'Critical Process Died'. I have tried all the options in the Recovery Environment but nothing worked. When I try to reset my PC, it says that it ran into a problem and that no changes were made. I am stuck in this issue for more than a week. Does reinstalling Windows using a bootable USB resolve this problem, or is it an hardware issue? Please help me, since I urgently need to get into my PC.
