Unable to Block apps in windows 8.1 using GPO from Windows Server 2012 R2 Domain Controller

Hi,We are using Windows server 2012 R2 as domain controller. we have user specific GPO to restrict access to identified users. we created a GPO for blocking apps in our windows 8.1 workstations. we used user configuration-> Administrative Templates -> Start menu and Taskbar-> Remove all programs list from Start Menu Set to 'enabled'. Here we didn't have any options to select actions.Request your support to block apps using domain GPO.Thanks and Regards,Vijayakrishna P
