Unable to automatically sync time and date on windows 11 on startup

So i freshly installed windows 11 last week because I upgraded my motherboard to a newer model, however i have been having trouble syncing time and date whenever i turn my pc on, it will always be a couple of hours late depending on the time my pc is off, i have tried several trouble shooting steps to resolve the issue;1) Changed system local (language settings) and copy those settings2) Manually try different servers using timedate.cpl and registryeditor to add more servers to the list3) Used services.msc to change windowstime to automatic and restarted the task4) Used cmd to stop. unregister
