unable to add gmail account in outlook.com

Hi ,
I have connected gmail to outlook 2007 , outlook 2010. Pop is enabled in my account.
But when i try to connect it to outlook.com - i always get this error :
Check your user name and password, but it's more likely that you need to go to Gmail's settings page and enable "POP Download".

i have 2 accounts of gmail - one is successfully connected to outlook but this one is unable to connect

Need help - how i can connect it to there.
