Hello,I know this has been answered before online but the answers I found just led in a full circle with no real help.I am trying to enable my child to make a $199 purchase by adding money to his account through our family plan.All accounts and payment methods are in good standing.You can only add in $100 increments.I added the first $100 with no issues.When I went to add the second $100, I got the following error:Contact us at Microsoft supportWe’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. Get more infoI added a new payment method and that did not work.
