Unable to activate windows on a second hand laptop

I recently purchased a second hand laptop off of eBay and I am unable to activate windows. I keep getting the message that it is unable to connect to "your organizations network" even after I have signed in with my personal account, I have not linked an organization nor do I have one to link. I do not know my product key and I have no system administrator to contact. I am getting the error code: 0x8007232B. The device came with Windows 10 but I believe it may have an un-official version.
