Unable to activate Windows 11 via Digital license (of Windows 10) associated with my Microsoft account

Hi,I had an old laptop having Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 8) & a Digital License for it which was associated with my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, my laptop MB is not usable now. Now I had set up a new desktop and I installed Windows 11 on it. But somehow the Digital license was not activated on this machine when I logged in as admin via Microsoft account. How can I get my Digital License here on this desktop for activating either Windows 10 or 11? Thanks.
