Unable to activate Windows 11 Pro after Microsoft Store Purchase

Hi All,I have purchased Windows 10/11 pro via the built-in Microsoft Store like 2 years ago.As my previous laptop is ARM-based, I have not used that digit license until I bought my new PC recently. However, when I try to log into my new PC with the same Microsoft account, it seems that I am unable to activate Windows.
