Unable to activate windows 11 on new system

I previously bought windows 10/11 pro digital licence on a device running with windows 10. Recently i bought new PC for work which is running on windows 11. Even after i signin with same account., it is unable to activate windows in my new PC.Can someone help me with this issue?
