Unable to Access "Users" Folder on HDD After Installing Windows on SSD

I recently installed a new SSD in the M.2 slot of my laptop and performed a fresh installation of Windows 10 on it using a bootable USB. I kept my existing HDD untouched, where my old Windows installation and files are stored.Now, Windows on the SSD works fine, and I can access most of the files on the HDD like drive E:,F: (which is automatically assigned the drive letter D:,E:,F:). However, I am unable to access the D:\Users folder (on the HDD it's name C:\Users) and its subfolders like Downloads, Documents, etc., from the SSD's Windows installation.
