I was working and suddenly the pc crashed and gave a BSOD, and began restarting, while restarting it ran an auto-update, and after the update was complete, the PC started up. Now when I click on the start menu it shows the animation that the button is clicked, but it does not open the menu. While clicking on other apps works on the taskbar, the default ones, such as the notification tray, or date and time do not open.When an app is open and if I try to hover on the app icon on the taskbar, the taskbar disappears and the whole background flashes, (turns black for a second), I tried to access se
