Unable to access my administrator account (i know the password), but the admin user profile is not visible (no profile picture/space to enter password

1. I created a guest account (without Microsoft account details) named "aanchal" . When i restarted my PC and entered the password for this account, the output was - 'user profile service failed the sign in"2. After this, my admin account (which is usually shown on the bottom left, vanished) and i was not able to switch the user (to enter the original password)3. Now everytime i open my laptop, because my facial recognition is on, the laptop reads my face and does the usual unlock reading "welcome back Eshan Dev!" But yet i can't enter the desktop, and it shows the guest user again(asking for
