Unable to Access Hard Drive Due to BitLocker Key Request

HiI’m facing an issue with my laptop and need some help. My laptop’s motherboard has malfunctioned, and I had to send it for repair. In the meantime, I tried to connect my hard drive to another laptop to back up my important data. However, upon booting, it prompted me for a BitLocker recovery key.I logged into my Microsoft account to retrieve the BitLocker key. My device is listed, but when I click on it, it says, “No BitLocker recovery key found for this device.”I never enabled BitLocker on my laptop, so I’m confused about why it’s asking for a recovery key.
