Unable to access files in OneDrive personal vault

Never had this issue before.When I click on the link to my personal vault, I get a popup window that says that I need to verify my identity. One option in the popup is to receive an email at the email address associated with my account. If I click on the email address, then I get the following message:That doesn't match the alternate email associated with your account. The correct email starts with "".What should I do?
