I'm experiencing an issue where I can't open Windows components like Explorer, Microsoft Store, Start button, and Settings. I receive an error message saying, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." Consequently, I'm limited to using third-party apps and relying on keyboard shortcuts for basic functions like opening CMD, Run, and restarting or shutting down the Laptop, when running CMD commands I'm often met with "Access" denied although I am an Administrator and have made the necessary changes to have full c
