Ultimate fix to prevent win 10 from starting iteself?

There are too many causes that windows starts itself. And more over, if I change the settings so that win 10 does not start itself, the settings change back after some random time.Is there any tool I can install to ultimately make my win 10 behave like any reasonable human being would expect it to behave?E.g. it only starts if I push that little power button and not at midnight by itself because it feels like it.Why is Microsoft working SO SO hard that people switch to Linux?
