I've searched everywhere for an answer to this - it's actually a 2-part question. - I know that with a numeric keypad you can type the guillemet symbol via alt+124/125, but on a laptop pc with no numeric keypad is there a way to type it without always copying and pasting? I have a russian keyboard installed, but the guillemet symbol is not on it.- Is there a way, while in the Russian keyboard, to type brackets [ ] without constantly having to switch back over to the English keyboard? This is another symbol that's not on the Russian keyboard. This problem occurs on both my desktop and laptop.I
