Hi,

I have a problem with "" '' ~~ and ^^

I can't type one with out the other or without continuing the text. For
example I can write with no problem "test

but I can't write TEST and then go to the begining of the word and add "
without adding two and then erasing the last one. If I just type " nothing
will apear untill a new key is pressed (not an arrow key)

Anyhow, this is getting annoying and I can't find a solution for it.

Any idea on how to disable this feature?

This happens in all programs, notepad, ie, vs, everything.

Also I'm using a ms wireless multimedia keyboard with updated drivers, could
this be related to my problem?

Thanks,

You're using the US-International keyboard layout, which is provided
to facilitate typing special characters like ä. This can be turned off
in Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Languages | Details
| Settings.
