Two windows updates: (KB5038285) and (KB5039211) failed to update. Please help!

I had two updates to install on my windows so I tried to update it as usual. But windows showed that "Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5038285)" had a download error: 0x800703f1. While the other update: "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039211)" asked me to restart the computer to let the update be applied. I did, but as I was restarting, windows says that it failed to update. I tried again and again, I restarted multiple times, didn't work; I manually downloaded the failed update but it didn't
