Two problems encountered on Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05

I have encountered two problems on my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05. Wrong time zone: Every time I turn on my laptop, and I go to Settings, it shows Central Time (US & Canada) instead of Eastern Time (US & Canada). We are in Eastern Time (US & Canada) and when I change the setting to Eastern Time (US & Canada) and I turn on set time zone automatically, it reverts back to the wrong time zone.Maps showing wrong location: We live in 580 Rue de Guyenne Laval QC but on the Maps app, it is showing 18531 Glen Oak Ave, Lansing IL, United States. I tried updating it and it does not work.Pict
