Two Laptops with windows 11 having the same issue

Hello,Starting from monday I started noticing that both mine and my sister's laptop are haveing the same issues that can be cited as :• Windows update not working (infinite loading when oppening in settings and after it just closed)• All office apps gives a popup stating that it has enccountered an error and it needs repairing, when clicked it just closes with no feedback• Various Windows Apps not working like Xbox App just giving a white blank screen•And both laptops wont shutdown, the power button light stays and the fans too and the pnly solution is to force it by holding the buttonI did a
