Two drives show after replacing hybrid SSD/HDD with a single SSD

I recently encountered a SMART failure predicted for my 1 TB hard drive that was part of a 256MB SSD and 1TB HDD hybrid in my HP Pavillion laptop. After doing some verification to confirm it was indeed a hard drive issue, I ended up ordering a replacement 1TB SSD and using the Samsung magician tool to clone my data from both my SSD and my hard drive to this new SSD. While this replacement was successful and did boot, I noticed that the disk manager reported there being two different drives, one with the name of the old 256 SSD and one with the new name and 1TB space.
