TV screen goes off when setting the resolution to anything other than 8K

For my Setup, I have:- TV: Samsung Qn800B 8K TV- Graphics Card: MSI 4090 Gaming X Trio- CPU: i7 12700k- RAM: 2 x 16 Trident DDR5 ram sticks- Motherboard: Z690 A MSI motherboard- Monitors 1& 2: 2 x 32 inch Asus monitors @ 165hzSo, with HDR on, when I try to set my PC resolution for the TV at 4K, the screen does not work... It will only work if the resolution is set to 8K. When trying to play video games, most games will not play in full screen mode, only supporting windowed or borderless, the issue being that some games' resolution cannot be changed in borderless.
