Turning off the overflow on taskbar

The option disappeared like 1-2 days ago and the horrible ... is back.How do I remove it permanently? The option "Show or hide icons that appear in the system tray overflow menu" is found in setting search but does not display.I WANT THE ... OWERFLOW DISAPPEAR. Windows is so botched. I will buy mac again.
