I have a Windows security error indicating my "memory integrity" is turned off. When I attempt to turn it on, I get a message to check for incompatible devices, which I did. "wdcsam65.sys" and "wdcsam65_prewin8.sys" come up as incompatible. I used to have a Western Digital Technologies external hard drive that I no longer use, and given the name of the file I'm assuming that may be the problem? Can I delete those two files? otherwise, how else can I resolve this? Thanks!
