Turn off windows update notifications

Hello, I would like to ask if it's possible to turn off notifications for updates as seen in the image. I would preferably need to make a .cmd script to turn it off. I tried turning them off like this HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications' -Name 'ToastEnabled' -Value 0 but as it does work on some notifications, it does not turn off the system notifications about updates.
