Turn off key click sounds in Windows 11

This answer to this post was insufficient. One thing I discovered is that you can turn off key clicking (if the instructions fail) by making sure that filter keys is set to off in the accessibility settings. If you need filter keys to be on, as I do, you have to put up with clicking until Microsoft fixes the bug.
