Turn off Automatic Updates for Office2003

[Kanga 85]

I am running Office2002, but have Publisher2003 and Powerpoint2003 installed

as University course requirements. How do I turn off Automatic Updates for

Office2003? I am getting these updates for Excel 2003 which I don't have

installed, and therefore cannot use, and the update then sits in the tray

and looks at me. I don't want to turn off updates for any other Office or

Microsoft products.

Open Windows or Microsoft Updates and let it scan . When the Office Update that you

do not want to show anymore then expand the update by clicking on the + sign and

then select Do Not Show this Update anymore on the bottom. The close out. That is

all there is to it
