I have used a CAD program called TurboCAD for years, but recently, TurboCAD support advised me to uninstall and reinstall it to try to solve some problems. I uninstalled it fine, but I could not reinstall it. When I run the install file, UAC asks if I want to let this program make changes, and I answer yes. But nothing happens, and no error messages are generated. The install file is TurboCAD_2022_48.1_x64.exe. I have a Dell XPS laptop running Windows 10 Home. All updates are installed. I've searched the web for three weeks and tried everything I can think of, but nothing helps. The system
