Trying to upgrade to Windows 11. Error 0x80070003 - 0x40008

HiI have been trying to update my Windows 11 for a while now, but I constantly get the message "something didn't go as planned no need to worry undoing changes". I've tried troubleshooting, repairing Windows 11, deleting old versions and reinstalling. All of which have been unsuccessful. When trying to setup Windows 11 on my computer with the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, I get through step 3 and then get this message: "Setup has encountered a critical error" "Error code: 0x80070003 - 0x40008"
