Trying to update Windows 10 20H2 to 22H2 but it says, "You can't install Windows on a USB flash drive using Setup."

When attempting to install Windows 10 20H2 to 22H2 via Windows Setup Manually downloaded from official Microsoft Website, the installation process fails and a message appears on the screen stating: "You cannot install Windows on a USB flash drive using Setup." It is important to note that I am not attempting to install Windows 10 on a USB drive, but rather on my computer, which is currently running Windows 10 20H2. Additionally, when attempting to update Windows 10 through the Settings app, the update process also fails.
