Trying to Update BIOS Without Causing Issues

I've been trying to update my BIOS, and I'm not sure if I have a Bitlocker or Device Encryption. When I tried to update my BIOS, I was given a heads up to suspend Bitlocker or any encryption before updating. I tried going through my System Information, and I cant see any sign of there being Device Encryption Support. I'm also not sure I have a Bitlocker. I have a Asrock Z790M-ITX WiFi motherboard, and the OS I'm using is Microsoft Windows 11 Home.
