Hi , I am trying to re-upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7 home premium but it keeps failing ? I am using latest media creation tool and says computer will restart several times but it never does just get to end after finishing install at 100% and shows small window 10 install failed ? all security off internet disconnected , I did install windows 10 back in 2016 through windows update and it did install OK afterwards I had problems and had to roll back to windows 7 but now trying to reinstall windows 10 again today 9/13/2018 but keeps failing any help would be appreciated thanks Scott.
