Trying to play championship manager using external disc drive!

Hi,I am trying to play some old Championship Manager games (01/02 - 2010) on my PC (Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series) and it doesn't let me open or play the games.I have only tried it with Championship Manager 2005 and it seems to have downloaded it (showing on my desktop) but when I try to play it it comes up with a User Account Control message asking if I'll allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes. I click yes and nothing works.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to show my football obsessed nephew the joys of old Championship manager games and let him experienc
