Trying to open printing preferences on Windows 11 and continue to receive error "function address 0x00007FFBB8FE2BDC caused protection fault. (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly. " The main issue I am having is I am trying to print an image onto photo paper in colour but keep getting a black and white image and the ink just wipes from the paper with my finger no matter how long I let it dry. This printing issue is only happening on this pc, other pc's are printing fine. I have tried deleting the printer and re-downloading. I have tried n
