Trying to login, msg from Microsoft - PIN isn't available, will send a reset email to email on file. Tried this about 10 times, email not received.

I have a new laptop, everything working OK till yesterday. Trying to login this morning, I keep getting a message that my sign-in PINS not available. Click here to set your PIN again. I click and I get an email with a code to sign in I press SEND CODE, the next message is for me to input CODE received in Email I have done this about 10 times, but I still have not received any email.
