Trying to install windows but nothing happens

Hi, (sorry if my english is bad) my pc has stopped working since when it was updating the power went out. I tried to fix but couldn't, i guessed the storage was corrupted and have bought a new one and installed it. But when i try to install windows it just shows this and nothing happens
