Trying to install windows 11 after restart install starts over

I replaced the hard drive on my PC with a 1tb SSD.I also created a USB boot disk using the Media Creation tool.I insert the USB into the PC that has the new SSD.Turn the PC on.-Installation StartsThe Windows installer starts, asks for country, keyboard, etc...Then the "Checking Disks" dialog displays. This asks me to select a location to install Windows.There are about 10 entries for partitions in this dialog. 2 selections are 10mb and say "reserved".I tried [deleting] all the partitions except for the "Primary" one.
