trying to import my android contacts with Outlook on my PC

I have a Galaxy phone with Link to Windows installed and working (latest version). My PC has the latest version of Phone Link.I was told that you could export contacts from Phone Link and import them into Outlook.I was following directions to copy my virginmedia contacts to Outlook on my PC but the contacts menu seems to have disappeared. As the phone is obviously syncing and I can see the contacts if I search, therefore the contacts must be stored somewhere. How can I export them and import them into Outlook?
