Trying to get Windows 11 to stop demanding I download random software.

I have Windows 11, that is not the issue. Ever since I installed an optional update I have been getting interrupted by a pop up asking me to download Tobii Eye Tracking software. I do not want this software, and i do not want my operating system to demand what I can and can not put on my system. Can Microsoft get it through their heads that if I uninstall an optional piece of software, that I don't want it back?
