Trying to get my playlist to show on media player (windows 11)

Hi, i just transfer my music playlist from my C driver to my D drive on media player for windows 11 (which is basically groove player) and it is not showing any length time or artist but the name of the song, how do i get to select the new destination for it to detect my D drive?
