Trying to boot windows10 on my upgraded PC from my existing boot disk..

I have an i7-14700k processorMSI z790 tomahawk max wifiMSI RTX 4070 GPUA Kingston 2TB NVME2xSSDs2xHDDs1xbluray RW driveI am on the latest BIOS, I had to change the drive type from UEFI to CSM to be able to select my old boot drive but no joy. Tried a recovery USB but it won’t let me recover to the NVME drive or the old SSD. I a, a bit stuck as I don’t want to lose any data and I don’t have any windows 10 media as it was a download update to when this was a windows 7 pc a few years ago. Just trying to get back to windows 10 so I can upgrade to 11.
