Thing is, I'm not sure a) how to back up the files and b) where I would store
them so Outlook could find them if it couldn't find the orginals. Word files
are a bit more obvious and a bit more manual than whatever it is Outlook
does. And how do I find out if 2003 uses Unicode format?
