try update windows 10 from window 8

Can anyone help? I have tried everything to update the new windows and it still giving me an error. and when trying to download window 10 I got an error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000. I tried troubleshoot, but it says everything is fixed. trust me I have done everything and it is still not working. please someone help me. the desktop I am trying to update with is HP Pavilion TouchSmart 20. when I go to update it says windows could not search for new updates, error found code: 80072EFE. get help with this error do me nothing :/. I am sooooo frustrated already sigh.
