Troubleshooting and Can't open any apps to fix it

Hello I've been having problems opening any of my apps on Windows 11 since 2 days ago. I've tried to reset my laptop, reinstalled my windows and it still tells me the following: "Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose". It's not my network since i've reset it and I can't troubleshoot either. When I try to troubleshoot anything, it says the following: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, c
