Hi, all. I recently bought a new personal laptop for my son and cannot log in. I’ve created a Microsoft account for him and given the appropriate parental consents, but all attempts at logging into the account on the new laptop have failed. I can’t advance past the initial “let’s set up your new computer” screen—when I enter login credentials, I receive a message saying, “Oops, something went wrong. This service isn’t available right now—please try again later.” Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
